This week we'll be sharing our scientific study regarding the differences between cardboard and plush dragons. We interviewed the store dragons respectively, and as a control asked them each the same question!

KB: So Plush Dragon, what would you say is the all time greatest dragon book?
Plush Dragon: That's a tough one. Hmmn. Kenny and the Dragon! It features a wise and learned dragon such as myself. I mean we're so commonly misunderstood.
Cardboard Dragon: I knew it! I may be cardboard but I'd never be so shallow and one dimensional as to mention Kenny and The Dragon without giving credit to the great dragon story it's based on, The Reluctant Dragon!
Plush Dragon: The whole point of Kenny and the Dragon is to pay tribute to The Reluctant Dragon. Get over yourself!
KB: Not again! Stand down Cardboard Dragon, no more flames in the store! All right then, moving on, what about you CD, what's your pick?
Cardboard Dragon: My Father's Dragon of course. I can totally relate to that poor dragon who was chained down and made to ferry animals across the river, I mean you've had me strung up here for years!
KB: How about we don't go there right now? In fact let me just thank you both for your feedback.
Plush Dragon: Sure!
Cardboard Dragon: Whatever!

Here they are! Our weekly picks for the two best: two hardcover, two paperback, and two children's books. The very best new arrivals to leap out of the box and onto our shelves this week. Call or email us if you want more information on any of these titles, or to have us hold you a copy. Or stop in and check them out in person. We'd love to see you. Thanks as always for sharing your reading with us!
